600R Series Header with passive feeding
The 600R Series header is a well proven header that offers excellent value with many premium features included as standard. The 600R is available in 7 widths from 4.90 - 10.70m.
High Crop Capacity
The table length can be adjusted mechanically to the crop type and conditions and there are up to 3 sensing skid plates for automatic header height control. The large diameter 660mm auger with its 125mm deep flights is designed for high crop volumes. It also takes fewer revolutions to reach the feederhouse, which reduces wrapping and preserves grain and straw quality.
Low Stress Knife Drive
The cutterbar position can be mechanically adjusted to match the capacity of the header to the crop yields and straw length. The epicyclic knife drive produces a linear movement with lower wear. The high cut frequency also reduces torque and stress on the components, as well as a clean cut at high forward speeds.
Grain Loss Protection
An optional backsheet deflector is available to help minimise grain loss and stop crop accumulating on the feederhouse, especially when harvesting rapeseed. The Stainless steel feeder plates guarantee smooth and even crop transport and will never rust.
