Top shield and weather protection

Two cabin top shield options are now available for all machine models with rotating cabin. The top shield protects the front window and the lights on the top of the cabin roof from snow and falling objects.

The front window weather protection minimizes freezing of the window in cold conditions during nights and longer stand-stills. It also filters heat radiation and reduces the need of cabin precooling in warm conditions. During transport, it protects the window from dust and dirt.

John Deere windscreen and side window wipers are designed to work with our shaped cabin windows. Rubber-made versions are for normal use. For tough conditions, neoprene blades are available. Neoprene is a durable material that tolerates chain oils extremely well.
