John Deere Inspire
We’ve set out to engage the next generation of innovators and up-and-comers through science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education. We do this by supporting educational programs like FIRST®, ST Math, and Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day. We think that if we can help our young students from ages 6 to 18, we will foster an atmosphere where innovation can solve the challenges facing our population in the future.

A Shared Planet
Our products and people work together to promote economic development all over the world. We believe the challenges of a growing population can be met through education and unity. That’s why our global volunteerism program places our employees deep into our communities. In a six-year period, ending in 2022, our goal is to record more than 1 million volunteer hours.
