Harvesting is an extremely complex and mentally stressful process. This complexity is intensified when unloading on-the-go. Combine AutoUnload builds on existing MachineSync technology and automatically fills the cart using a stereo camera, machine guidance systems on the combine and follower, and a grain cart’s scale weight without spillage or slowing down.

John Deere EZCalTM Remote Seed & Fertilizer Calibration

EZCalTM Remote enables automatic calibration of seed and fertilizer for all tanks of a seeder conveniently without touching the metering system. EZCalTM cuts calibration time by 60 % and allows calibration while filling the seeder. A portable EZCalTM unit enables off-board calibration at any place. Dual.Volt.24M uses the “Electric-Hybrid-Herbicide technology” for crop treatment without non-selective herbicides and combines it with a broadcast and band spraying system for sustainable high efficiency. 24m working width and adaptive applicators allow desiccation, intercrop and weed control, also camera-controlled inter-row treatment that flexibly adapts to different row spacing and plant sizes.

Grassland Connected Path Planning and Guidance

Improvements in grassland yield and quality plus lower input cost can be achieved by easily connecting the path plans of mowing, tedding, raking, and baling or chopping using new functionality in AutoPath™. It will ease the application of Controlled Traffic Farming in grassland with minimal setup time to reduce machine overlap and wheel traffic, limiting losses from compaction and contamination.

Using the John Deere Operation Center™ and key John Deere Precision Ag technologies the CSS allows in a user-friendly way to maximize output while significantly minimizing inputs in practical farming operations.

Milk Sustainability Center

The Milk Sustainability Center (MSC) is a digital eco-system that allows dairy farmers to improve the efficiency and sustainability of their operations. Farmers will use the MSC to monitor Nutrient Use Efficiency (NUE) for nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium, and carbon dioxide equivalent, or CO2e, for their entire farm, specific fields, or their herd. The center will also provide data to allow dairy farmers to compare their performance to other dairy operations and identify key areas for improvement. The eco-system will be open for relevant partners to join in the future.
