H412 is a compact, four-wheel-drive head made for small harvesters. It has powerful feed, accurate measuring, and excellent delimbing performance. Its compact size makes it highly maneuverable in dense thinning stands, and its multi-tree-handling equipment is ideal for energy wood harvesting. The mainframe is machined after being welded as one piece for high durability and dimensional accuracy. Three moving delimbing knives, along with one fixed top knife and one fixed back knife, follow the contours of the stem. Maximum felling diameter is 470 mm.
H413 is designed to carry out harvesting jobs from thinnings, to regeneration harvesting. It has outstanding multi-tree-handling qualities, a compact frame design, and excellent power-to-weight ratios. The H413 features four feed rollers that form a circle around the stem. This unique continuous four-wheel-drive with hydraulic connected feed rollers and mechanical differential lock ensures strong, fast feeding. Thanks to a short frame and optimal placement of the one fixed delimbing and four moving knives, H413 delivers superb delimbing performance.
H414 is specially designed for mid-sized harvesters. It has powerful 4WD feed with four hydraulic feed motors. Its mainframe is welded as one piece. New feed roller arms feature more durable bearings, built-in feed roller guards, strengthened cylinders and pins, and well-protected hose routings. Four moving delimbing knives, along with one fixed top knife and one fixed back knife, follow the contours of the stem. The redesigned knife geometry and long cutting edges ensure excellent delimbing quality. The max. felling diameter is 620 mm.
H415 combines large-time-cutting power with excellent delimbing quality. H415 gives unprecedented tree-processing performance, especially in large timber. New feed-roller-arm geometry ensures rollers grip solidly and reliably carry trunks in all diameter ranges. The H415 offers a solution for all different kinds of regeneration felling with its three options for variable stem types: standard (narrow stem), buttress (wide stem), and top saw (processing and hardwood).
H480C's optimized feed force & speed are a result of different feed motor options. The feed roller arm geometry ensures a solid grip and continuous four-wheel feed gives efficient feeding with low friction. The tilt frame rubber stoppers protect structures and prolong the frame lifetime. Feed roller arms feature durable bearings, strengthened cylinders & pins, and well-protected hose routings. Four moving delimbing knives, one fixed top knife and one fixed bottom knife follow the contours of the stem. The Super-Cut 100 saw unit has a maximum felling diameter of 710 mm.
H270 Series II is engineered for softwood and crooked hardwood, and configured to quickly and easily grab trees for felling. New optional floating front knife for heavy branching complements a strong knife set. Maximized hydraulic operating pressure enables fast feeding and improved saw performance. Standard SuperCut 100 features automatic chain tensioning for extra efficiency, longer chain life, and fewer service intervals. The multi-tree-handling option with improved geometry and grabbing force keeps trees in a tight grip.
H290 was specially designed for use with large harvesters. It can fell and process trees up to 760 mm in diameter. The SuperCut saw unit minimizes bucking damage, and with its integrated automatic chain lubrication and tensioning system, improves cutting performance while reducing maintenance time. The optional color marking system improves accuracy and ensures low dye consumption. Dual-speed feed motors, with an enormous feed force of up to 41.6 kN, handle large-volume harvesting with optimum feed force and speed.
