Unmatched Ground Following
The two wings of the HD Headers behave like two independent cutter bars: Flexing by up to 10° they deliver great performance in down crop and leave an even stubble on irregular ground. Together with the attachment frame the vertical movement at the wing tips is 2620mm on the HD40X.
Grain Saver Draper Belt
The belts feature a patented ridge pattern design. This traps small grains like rapeseed and stops them rolling back into the field. The design also removes the need for additional grain saver systems like air blowers.
Excellent Finger Feeding
The fully fingered top auger ensures consistent feeding of the centre drum in tall, bushy crops. The drum has two speeds and two height positions for different crop types.
Responsive Ground Following
The gauge wheels are fitted with flotation tyres and provide additional support. Adjustable from the cab they can be fully retracted to get closer to the ground for harvesting laid and low growing crops or raised for high clearance crops like rapeseed.
