Overview
Continuous feeding with the 700X
The first days of harvest are usually slow until all the rust is scraped off and there are smooth surfaces for an even crop flow – you pay with your time when you don’t have anything to wait for.
To prevent this from happening a time intensive preservation can be done before storing your header. Why not skip these steps, save time and money? Overcome the initial struggle.
The new and improved 700X has the solution. All crop contacting surfaces in the passive feed section are now made from stainless steel. From the low-profile integrated stone dam over the feed plates to the seal lip you get a smooth surface from the first day of harvest.
Optimized harvest starts without waiting that the rust is off.
A stainless steel feed floor is standard equipment on the 700X Series Cutting Platforms. With model year 2023 the 700X will also get a stainless steel stone dam design, which is completely integrated into the table design integrated. Additionally enables the new table design an easier maintenance.
To connect the frame with the moveable parts, the 700X has additional stainless steel feed plates riveted onto the frame to have a smooth crop handover to the auger. These riveted feed plates are like an extension from the header frame to the moveable parts.
Benefits
- Stainless steel stone dam, feedplates and seal lip
- Smoothest feeding surface for better crop flow in different conditions
- Rust-free operation from the beginning of the harvest
