Change the table length on-the-go

The 710mm extendable table length increases productivity in challenging conditions such as down crop, which is often laid in one direction and difficult to harvest. As you pass up and down the field you can change the table length on-the-go. This results in less plugs and more grain captured as you always cut the crop before the auger catches it, so there is less grain left on the field uncut. At 1200mm, the fully extended table is equal to the length of a professional rapeseed extension.

Less than 3 minutes for Crop Conversion

With no belts and no filler plates to mount, switching to rapeseed or sunflowers is quick. Just remove the divider and install the mechanical side knives which are stored on brackets at the rear of the header. Weighing just 23kg they are mechanically driven with no large motors fitted at the top. This reduces wear and vibration and minimises shattering losses.

Smooth direct drive knives

The knives are driven by shafts instead of belts or chains and the epicyclical drive produces a linear movement which reduces wear and increases lifetime. On the 10.70 and 12.20m headers the cutterbar is split into two halves which are driven by synchronised motors to reduce vibration. It also reduces potential plugging as the load on each knife section is lower.

The Table Length advisor on the CommandCenter display automatically sets the right table length for your crop, depending on the stubble height and crop height, so you will always harvest with the optimum settings.
