Active transport of crop into the feed auger for constant crop flow

Constant crop flow thanks to the active crop transport

700PF Combine Header with active feeding

The belts ensure the active transport of the crop into the feed auger and produces a constant flow so the combine can be run close to its maximum capacity.

active feeding prevents accumulation of material

Ideal for tough conditions

In tough conditions like down crops, peas or grass seed it also prevents the accumulation of material at the front of the header. The 1000mm distance between the cutterbar and feeding auger further reduces losses in rapeseed as the reel can be set higher to minimise shattering losses.

Large, 760mm auger for streamlined cropflow into the feederhouse

Streamlined Cropflow

The belts are integrated into the frame which allows the crop to be fed below the axis of the auger, where it is easily engaged by the auger flights and moved towards the feederhouse. The large 760mm auger also helps bring up to 20% more material into the feederhouse and works well for shorter material like malting barley.
For rapeseed the auger height can be increased with a hydraulic hand pump to make more room for the crop. The even crop flow also reduces stress on the drivelines due to bunching, resulting in less wear and greater reliability.

Easy and fast crop conversion

3 Minute Crop Conversion

Just click on the side knives, lift the auger and you are ready to harvest. Simple and easy – no tools are required. With no electrics, no hydraulics and no heavy motor at the top end, vibrations are lower which reduces shattering losses.

The self-tensioning belt sections lift up for easy access. The stainless steel covers are also sealed to prevent dirt or stones from slipping underneath the belt. Dust can be cleaned out using drawers inside the belt section when changing from rapeseed to small grain or at the end of the season.

The active transport of the crop into the feed auger prevents accumulation of material at the front of the header in tough conditions like down crops, peas or grass seed.
