The StarFire™ 7000 Receiver offers greater accuracy, faster pull-in times, and 5 years season-to-season repeatability. This means less hardware, faster times recovering from a shading event, and the confidence that your guidance lines and boundaries won't shift from year to year. As accuracy and repeatability continue to be more important to get to plant-by-plant accuracy, the StarFire™ 7000 offers an Advanced TCM calibration feature. With an increased number of service parts the new StarFire™ Receiver provides sustainable and economical serviceability.
With SF7000™ we again improved our entry-level signal SF1. Compatible with signals from four satellites constellations (GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, Galileo) the StarFire™ 7000 Receiver is seeing more satellites on the sky. Thus it is less impacted by shading effects. You profit from the well-known +/-15 cm pass to pass accuracy.
The new SF-RTK correction signal delivers improved +/-2,5 cm pass-to-pass accuracy with a pull-in-time up to 3 times faster than with the previous receiver generation using SF3. When you arrive in the field you can start field work quicker. SF-RTK provides 100% improved coverage, which decreases shading effects significantly.
Although the SF-RTK correction is provided via satellite it delivers guaranteed 5 year season-to-season repeatability, so you can use same guidance lines for multiple passes not only throughout the season but also throughout a period of five years, which allows precise placement of seeds and nutrients without shifting lines and remapping boundaries.
Beside SF-RTK the StarFire™ 7000 Receiver is still compatible with the well-known Base Station RTK and the LTE RTK Modem offered by John Deere.
With Security PIN and Lock-Kit we offer two anti-theft-protection features for StarFire™ 7000 Receivers.
With PIN protection farmers and contractors have the choice to enable the security PIN code feature and set up a unique four-digit PIN code to enable and unlock the device, similar to a mobile device. Enabling this code allows only users with the defined PIN code to access the device when it powers on.
StarFire™ 7000 Universal Receiver can be additionally protected by a mechanical lock kit that prohibits the unallowed dismounting of the Receiver from a machine.
