Whenever the highest accuracy is an absolute must, Active Implement Guidance ensures that the tractor and implements follow the exact same path, ruling out damage to crops, irrigation pipes, or channels on subsequent passes. The system works with steerable implements equipped with side shift, drawbar, axle or disc steering. StarFire™ 6000 and StarFire™ 7000 Receivers are mounted on both the tractor and the implement, allowing them to communicate with each other to ensure absolute precision. Using RTK or SF3 signals, straight, curved or circular tracks can be followed. The Shared Signal functionality allows two StarFire™ 6000 or StarFire™ 7000 Receivers to share correctional signals in dual-receiver applications, providing the benefits of the higher signal level. The new SF-RTK correction signal delivers further improved +/- 2.5 cm pass-to-pass accuracy at a pull-in time up to three times faster than the previous receiver generation using SF3.
